Livelihood Creation
The fundamental challenge most of our members are faced with is unemployment. For many of our members, their lack of education and employable skill set severely limits the opportunities available to them. Many of these women are burdened with inadequate financial resources to support themselves and their children. Our Livelihood Creation program is designed to help women overcome this barrier by helping women develop their skill set through job trainings.
RAPID guides women through their career path from the beginning. When women first come to RAPID, we help them identify their current skills, desired skills, needs and time commitment. Based on these factors, we work with the women to identify the best-fit job.
When then assist women in pursuit of a venture by providing both job training and microfinance. To ensure quality skill development, RAPID has prescreened the professional training institutions that our members enroll in. We work closely with top-of-the-line, established organizations that provide training in wide range of industries.
Computer, DTP & Tally

After completion of the training, RAPID continues to support women in their job search. Some women find work immediately after their training with help from the training institution. Women who struggle to find employment work closely with RAPID field officers to find a vacancy.
